Diplomatic affairs between Horne and other states has been apart of its history since the beginning of Horne's history. Although Horne's sovereignty has been lost, the House of Glücksburg-Bieniak-Horne continues to establish ceremonial relations with nations, dynasties, and other entities all around the world.

The House of Glücksburg-Bieniak-Horne recognizes seven European kingdoms: Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and the U.K. The relationship between the royal families of these kingdoms are considered close to the Princely Family, as they are relatives.
