Biography
Princess Marian of Glücksburg-Bieniak-Horne, Countess of Horne (née Marian Spaulding van Horne) was the oldest child of Prince Edward Bieniak I of Greece and Marian Spaulding, Princess of Horne. She was a male-line descendant of the House of Oldenburg, member of the House of Glücksburg-Bieniak-Horne and the extended Greek-Danish Royal Family.
Princess Luann Marie was born three years after the marriage of her parents in Niagara Falls on 23 May 1950. Like many members of the Princely Family, she was born Deaf.
Volunteer work & Leisure interests
Princess Luann Marie volunteered to work with deaf-blind members of the Buffalo Club of the Deaf. She was a Hall of Fame Bowler with the New York State Association of Deaf Women Bowlers.
Family
Princess Luann Marie had two siblings, Princess Sheryl and Prince Edward. She died unmarried and childless.

Princess Luann Marie worked at St. Mary's School for the Deaf in Buffalo, New York from 1968 to 2003.
Illness and death
After battling a long-term illness, the Princess passed away five years after her mother on 27 July 2005. She was survived by her siblings Princess Sheryl (Mr Terence Berrigan) and Prince Edward (Barbara Betz, Princess of Horne), three nephews and four nieces.
